Pulse generator in CMOS
Generators CMOS logic on the principle of building do not differ from generators TTL chips, but because of low power CMOS chips and a much lower operating currents (in particular input) differences do exist. First of all, for generators CMOS logic characterized by high values of timing resistor (tens to hundreds of kW, in contrast to the hundreds of ohms for TTL) and small capacitors. Fig. 2 is a diagram of a simple pulse generator to the electromagnetic relay. When the power supply capacitor C1 is charged through the resistor R1 and the relay disconnect the power supply the contact to 1.1. But the relay drops out immediately, because for some time through its coil current flows due to the energy accumulated by the capacitor C1. The oscillation frequency is given by the quartz resonator and Ζ1 is 32768 Hz. When using the line frequency divider 2 output dividers obtained rectangular pulses at 1 Hz. CMOS are widely used in communications technology. The disadvantage of such generators is a restriction on the operating frequency, which, for example, the IC Series K561 does not exceed 1.2 MHz. Simple generator CMOS elements and lc circuit can be assembled as shown in Fig 27 in it through a resistor r1 and the inductor. Scheme autonomous gas heating Figure 1 shows the phase indicator with pulse generators CMOS chips generator generates sawtooth pulses and the brightness of the LED.
