Diagnostic dental instruments
Diagnostic tools are designed for the dental examination of the patient. Such an instrument is a dental mirror, which is equipped with a lamp to illuminate the distal parts of the oral cavity. Dental mirrors consist of two parts - a pen and actually working part, usually called the head of the mirror. The working part is attached to the handle by a thread in the dental office before taking the patient. Diagnostic tools have in the arsenal of any dental clinic and applied in each dental reception. They are of great importance in the diagnosis of dental diseases such as caries, periodontal diseases and others.
